This jamboree was held in Kira-hama, Yamaguchi, Japan. This was the second world jamboree to be held in Japan, the first being in 1971. It was held from July 28 - August 8 at the same site as the 2013 Nippon Jamboree.

This is the official medical badge of the 2015 World Jamboree for all medical staff. It, and the other items designed for the Japanese team, were created by Hiroshi Nakashima, who also has designed most of the Nippon National Jamboree badges.
This was the official staff neckerchief slide for the medical team, also designed by Hiroshi Nakashima.
These six badges were also designed for medical staff members, depending upon what your role was on the team.
The IST, or International Service Team, is how non-host country Scouters serve on staff. This was created by Taiwan for its members who served on the medical staff.
The Boy Scouts of America sent medical and chaplain staff for its contingent members, and they were grouped together for this jamboree under the leadership of Rabbi Peter Hyman. They created the above items. The left patch is a pocket patch. Although it looks the same size in the scan, the middle patch is quite a bit bigger than the left patch and is more of a jacket patch. The right item is the medical staff neckerchief. There is a matching chaplaincy pocket patch and neckerchief.
This showed up on Ebay many months before the jamboree in a set of six staff badges around a center staff piece. All revolve around the Doraemon figure (the cat). This was not used by the medical staff and is considered a spoof or fake patch.
The above two armbands were issued after the jamboree along with other armbands. My understanding is that they, along with many other badges, were created by a well-known maker of fake badges. These were not used by the medical staff.
