The jamborees in Japan are called Nippon Jamborees. They are held every four years. The first Nipon Jamboree was held in 1956 in Nagano, although the first postwar all Japan event was held in 1949 in Tokyo.

(I NEED THIS ONE)
2010 -- 15th Nippon Jamboree -- Shizuoka
These patches are very similar. The difference is the wreath on the right is gold mylar while the one on the left is yellow.
2013 -- 16th Nippon Jamboree -- Kirara-Hama, Yamaguchi
(Site of the 2015 World Jamboree)
These were the six medical patches from the 2013 Nippon Jamboree. The different border colors are as follows: blue for all medical, green for physicians, red for nurses, white for dentists, purple for pharmacists, and yellow for paramedics.
Many thanks to Scouter Hiroshi Nakashima who not only served on medical staff for the Nippon Jamboree but also provided the information and traded me the above memorabilia!
