Singapore established Scouting in 1910, but it was not until 1980 that it held its first jamboree to commemorate the 70th anniversary. The next jamboree was held in 1990 and then again in 2000.
These badges were issued at the 2015 Singapore jamboree which was held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Singapore. Interestingly there was Scouting in Singapore for 55 years before it gained its independence from Malaysia. The gold border was issued one per medical staffer, while the blue border was issued as the trader.
